| Main functions and features | 用于透射电镜金属、陶瓷及半导体等固体材料样品的前期制备，为TEM样品制备的最后一道工序，制备好的样品可以直接在透射电镜下观察。该设备低能量电子枪制备出的TEM样品薄区大，非晶形成小，不易引起样品结构改变，特别是其低至0.1eKV的电子枪能量，还可以用于清理非晶层，适用于各类透射电镜的样品前置备工作。 |
